Yes, singular—but don’t let that fool you. This pancake was massive, almost spilling over the edges of the plate. It was fluffy, perfectly golden, and studded with fresh blueberries AND vegan. Lightly sweet, soft on the inside, with just the right crisp on the outside. It’s the kind of pancake that demands a slow morning and a big smile.

This wasn’t your average tofu wrap. The scramble was savory and well-seasoned, loaded with onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Wrapped in a vibrant tomato tortilla, it held together beautifully and was surprisingly filling without feeling heavy. I’d order it again in a heartbeat.

I almost skipped the side of hashbrowns… and that would have been a huge mistake. They were crispy, golden, and perfectly salted—easily one of the best vegan hashbrowns I’ve had in a café. Don't skip these.
